These terms outline the rules for using InvisiScan's website and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

Use of Service

• Permission Required: You MUST have explicit legal permission and authorization to scan any IP address, domain, or network target you configure within the InvisiScan service. Scanning targets without authorization is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including attempting to access systems without permission, disrupting service, or violating any laws in your jurisdiction.

Service Description

InvisiScan provides external port scanning and security reporting services. While we strive for accuracy, the service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will identify all potential vulnerabilities or exposures. The reports and AI insights are for informational purposes only and should not be considered exhaustive security audits.

Third-Party Services

InvisiScan utilizes third-party data sources such as Shodan to support external exposure insights. All data is used in compliance with the respective provider’s terms and licensing requirements.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InvisiScan and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InvisiScan, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; any content obtained from the Service; and unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to scan any targets submitted to the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
